What is Pure Water?

On certain services we will utilise our own water source (mainly window cleans and UPVC cleaning). This is due to pure water having no impurities or mineral deposits present to leave any water marks whilst cleaning windows.

Will you need access to water when working on my property?

An external water source always gives best results with some of our services, mainly when high pressure washing and soft-washing. Most other services will not require a water source.

I don’t have a external tap at my property?

Don’t worry for many of our services the team will not require a water source, however we do carry adapters for internal taps if it is required for the service we are completing, but if you do have a concern speak to a member of the team who will help provide a solution.

Are the chemicals you use safe for my pets?

Prior to commencing work you will be advised of what chemicals are being used on site and advised of any issue this may cause for pets being in that area. In most instances once an area is rinsed it is safe for pets within a short timeframe.

Are chemicals safe for the environment?

Most of the chemical used on site are bio-degradable and have no effects on the environment. Prior to work commencing a full breakdown of products being used is provided allowing our customers to make informed decisions regarding the cleaning of their property and the results expected.
